Nozzles are a key component of many spray, spray, fuel injection and
sandblasting equipment, and even the main components
The atomizing nozzle is a device which can spray liquid and suspend it in air
evenly. Its working principle is to squeeze the internal liquid
into the nozzle through the internal pressure. An iron sheet is
placed inside the nozzle. The high-speed liquid is impacted on the
sheet. After rebounding, atomized particles of about 15-60 microns
in diameter are formed and ejected through the nozzle outlet.
Atomizing nozzles are widely used in various aerosol products, such
as pesticides, air fresheners, pharmaceutical sprays, etc.
There are two main types of nozzles:
I. Burner Nozzles (Military, Civil)
2. Non-burner nozzles
According to the nozzle function nozzle can be broadly divided into spray nozzle, fuel injection
burner, sand blasting nozzle, and special nozzles.
According to material classification, it can be divided into metal nozzle, plastic nozzle, ceramic
nozzle and alloy nozzle.
According to industry classification, it can be divided into petrochemical nozzles, agricultural
nozzles, textile nozzles, paper nozzles, environmental protection

According to shape classification, it can be divided into hollow cone nozzle, solid cone nozzle, fan
